what frame rate is this? ive been out of touch with the sprite animation game for a lil min. but i liked this one. maybe slow it down a tad bit by adding frames to certain scenes. but you're on the right path, keep up the intensity add sound and music when ready.

30 fps actually, I've been trying to work on my pacing for a bit since a lot goes on in most of my animations
